Laura Lynn Michaud is a self taught sewist who founded The Maine Square in April 2016. She began her side hustle sewing men's pocket squares and later moved on to designing and sewing coordinating men's bow ties. Now she is making a variety of men's and women's accessories such as embroidered/monogrammed zipper pouches, hair ties, tote bags, aprons, and embroidered balsam pine filled pillow sachets. Laura has always had an eye for classic style and since learning how to sew, she has gained an enormous amount of admiration for people who create.
