YOU MUST CONTACT ME AND BEGIN THE CONSULTATION/DESIGN PROCESS AT LEAST FIVE MONTHS IN ADVANCE AT A MINIMUM.
IT TAKES TIME TO BE ABLE TO CONSULT WITH YOU AND GET CUSTOM FABRIC SWATCHES SENT TO YOU. IT ALSO WILL TAKE YOU SOME TIME TO CHOOSE WHICH FABRIC YOU WOULD LIKE AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE SWATCHES. AFTER YOU MAKE YOUR DECISION, I WILL ORDER YOUR CUSTOM FABRIC. IT TAKES APPROXIMATELY 4-6 WEEKS FOR DESIGN AND SHIPPING. LASTLY, I NEED TIME TO MAKE YOUR ACCESSORIES WHICH COULD TAKE FOUR TO EIGHT WEEKS TO COMPLETE.
MY PROMISE TO YOU IS TO DO MY BEST TO FIND EXACTLY THE PERFECT FABRIC FOR YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION ACCESSORIES. AS WELL AS ANY MONOGRAM OR EMBROIDERED DESIGN YOU WOULD LIKE INCLUDED.
The cost for my stylist service is $99 and will include the following:
- You may schedule up to five virtual or in-person meetings with me. I must get this right for you, and communication will be essential. I will always have at least two weeks of availability for you to choose from on my calendar.
- I will order up to five fabric samples for you.
- I offer unlimited email and telephone correspondence throughout the project. I promise to answer your email and phone messages within 24 hours.
The $99 fee will only go into effect when you confirm that you would like to work with me and electronically sign my agreement form, which I will email to you. I will itemize the agreement form to help you understand what you are paying for your project's consultation and research. I will always be available to answer any questions you may have regarding the agreement form before you electronically sign it. After you sign the electronic agreement form, you will email it back to me, and then you will be sent an itemized invoice that you will pay online. Once that is paid in full, you will schedule your first virtual meeting with me!
We will discuss your ideas in-depth and decide what types of fabric samples you would like me to order for you. Once you receive your selections, we will meet virtually again to discuss your choice(s). After deciding on your fabric, we will discuss any personalized features you may want, such as monograms or embroidered designs. Please note that only light to medium weight cotton fabric works for monograms and embroidery.
